Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and isn't allowed when using SmartTrade AI, in addition to the Terms of Service. It exists to keep the platform reliable, secure, and fair for every user.

You're responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Don't share your account or let anyone else use your login — if you connect a broker or exchange through a shared account, you're also responsible for any orders placed under it.

You may not:

• Attempt to circumvent subscription-tier limits or feature gates
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform beyond normal interactive use
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying signal-generation logic
• Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to your account or its data
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's infrastructure

SmartTrade AI does not currently offer a public API for third-party integrations. Automated access to the platform outside of normal browser use is not permitted without prior written permission.

If you connect a broker or exchange account, you're responsible for ensuring that use complies with that broker's own terms of service. SmartTrade AI is not a party to your relationship with your broker and does not hold custody of your funds.

Violating this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or termination of your account, at SmartTrade AI's discretion — consistent with the account-approval terms in the Terms of Service.

This policy may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
